Promoting Brain Health and Early Detection of Alzheimer's Disease for All Communities
My research focuses on promoting brain health and prevention and early detection of Alzheimer's diseaes. We have collaborated with a wide range of investigators, including those in implementation science, and the Indiana Alzheimer's Disease Research Center Community Advisory Board (CAB). Our goal is engage communities who are at higher risk for Alzheimer's disease about evidence-based practices to reduce their risk and also to build trust for communities to participate in cognitive screening, the first step to early detection of Alzheimer's disease.
