Development of Reproductive Loss Grief Screening Tool
As part of an interdisciplinary, nationwide research team, we are currently in the third phase of a five-phase research project developing a screening tool for practitioners to use to assess prolonged grief following reproductive loss. Modeled after the 5-item Brief Grief Screen, we have interviewed and surveyed women about the communicative effectiveness, need, and preference for such a tool. In the current phase, we are testing five iterations of the tool.
