The IUPUI Center for Translating Research Into Practice (TRIP), was honored to host Dr. Mark Becker, President of the Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities (APLU), as our 2023 Keynote speaker. Dr. Becker gave two presentations about student success in higher education. On March 2, 2023 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., a hybrid event was held at the John. H. Boner Community Center. On March 3, 2023 from 12 noon to 1 p.m., another presentation was held at the Herron School of Art + Design Basile Auditorium. Over 100 guests attended the two events either virtually or in person. Welcome remarks were provided by IUPUI Chancellor Emeritus and Executive Director of the IUPUI Center for TRIP, Charles R. Bantz, Associate Director of the IUPUI Center for TRIP, Stephan Viehweg and Interim IUPUI Chancellor Andrew Klein.
